Delete your Eduvera account
This page is for Eduvera (eduvera.pro and the Eduvera Android app). You do not need to be signed in to open it.
What happens when an account is deleted
Eduvera deletes the account and associated personal data on our servers, except records we must keep for payments, accounting, fraud prevention, security, or law.
Deleted (where we hold them): profile and login data, posts you authored and their files, your comments and reactions, follows, your learning progress and enrollments, reviews you wrote, notifications, your messenger text and attachments, groups you created that have no other members, and draft/unpublished courses or ebooks that nobody else uses.
Kept or anonymized: payment transactions, instructor earnings, financial audit logs, and payout amounts (bank/CCP numbers and phone numbers are cleared). Published courses or ebooks that other people already enrolled in or purchased stay available for those users, with your name removed as instructor where possible. Messages other people sent stay in their history with your message bodies removed. Reports used for moderation may remain without your profile attached.
Request deletion
Enter the email on the Eduvera account. We will email a confirmation link to that address. Only someone who can open that inbox can complete deletion. If the account has a password, you must also enter it on the confirmation page.
Confirm deletion
Type DELETE to permanently delete this Eduvera account. If you signed up with an email password, enter that password.
Already signed in?
You can also delete your account from Settings → Account & Security → Delete account on the website or in the Android app.
